Return & Exchange Policy
An unused defective product in original packaging, with a fully legible product label, and batch number may be exchanged for a new one or another product of equal value.
No exchange is guaranteed. Defective products must be returned to Comm Ave Canna within 72 hours of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Comm Ave Canna does not offer store credit or cash refunds.
Electronic Devices
All sales on electronic devices are final. Defective devices must be returned or exchanged through the product manufacturer.
